Shipping policy

At the current moment, Fleurs Crafts only ships locally in Singapore, we will not be taking international order until further notice.

Upon receiving your payment, shipment arrangement will take place within 3 working days if there is no personalization involved (which means we will arrange the logistic pickup within 3 working days). If there is personalization in your order, there will be additional 3-7 working days (depending on the number of products and the type of personalization in your order, the more personalization the order has, the more days are required for the work. 3D name personalization for desk displays will usually involve more work and hence it will also take longer than 2D name personalization for tags) before shipment takes place.

Delivery Info

The standard local delivery that we offered would be via NinjaVan (doorstep courier), with a standard charging of SGD 5. The shipping will take 1 to 3 working days.

This would mean, it will take 3 to 7 working days to reach you upon your confirmed order, and that'll be for non-personalization order. For order with personalization, it will take 5 to 10 days to reach you upon confirming your order with payment.

Overdue Shipment

Once you confirmed your order, you would be automatically agreed to this policy and we would not entertain any chasing unless there is a genuine case of overdue shipment. Please contact order@fleurscrafts.com if you encounter delay in shipment that was not been notified in advance.

Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for undelivered parcels resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout. Please double-check your information before completing the payment. If you notice any discrepancies, kindly contact us immediately at order@fleurscrafts.com. If your item has already been dispatched, we regret that refunds or replacements cannot be offered. Once the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for resending the item. Please note that self-collection or meet-up options are not available.
