《经稗》：“斗牛女虚危室璧七宿有龟蛇体，故曰玄武。”

"The seven constellations of Dipper, Ox, Maiden, Void, Rooftop, Wall, and Straddler have the forms of a tortoise and a snake, hence they are called Xuanwu (Black Warrior)."

The Black Warrior (玄武) is a mythical creature from ancient legends and one of the Four Symbols in traditional Chinese culture. The Four Symbols refer to the four sacred beasts: the Azure Dragon (青龙), the White Tiger (白虎), the Vermilion Bird (朱雀), and the Black Warrior (玄武).
